TIME OF SERVICE RATES (pay on or before date of treatment):
Initial consultation & treatment: $160
Follow-up visit: $125
30 minute pediatric treatment: $60

Payment

We accept credit cards, cash or check. Checks should be made payable to Jasmine Acupuncture or Jasmine Moran. 

Insurance

Some insurance covers acupuncture - Currently we are in-network with MGB, Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, United, Tufts and Health New England, though individual benefits depend on your particular policy. To verify your insurance benefits, please CLICK HERE to fill out form, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Other companies may reimburse you for some acupuncture treatments - please check with your provider to see what they will cover. Payment will be required up front and we can provide a superbill for you to present to your insurer for reimbursement according to their policies.

Some Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) and Health Savings Accounts (HSA) can also be used toward acupuncture - please check with your provider.

Cancellation policy

Please make any cancellations at least 24 hours prior to the appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be charged a $75 fee (this is not covered by insurance). Exceptions will be made for illness or emergencies.
